Keeping Your Costs under Control
There are many wedding photographers in the UK who are well established, have great reputations and who have made significant investments over the years in studios, staff, marketing and equipment. For some or all of these reasons they will justify operating at the upper end of the price spectrum. I offer something different. I have no need of a studio, my website is simple, and I work without an assistant. My overheads are minimised. Most important of all I have no intention of locking my clients into an image copyright agreement. I want my couples to have immediate access to their images with the confidence of no further charges for additional prints. I want them to have the complete photographic story available to them without feeling constrained by spiralling costs, yet still be confident of getting terrific images.
I charge £600 for a days shoot, with a small additional amount for my travel expenses incurred on the day. I can be available when required at the start of the day, and will finish once the dancing is under way. The images are given to you the next day on a disc (plus an identical copy disc) |
